Zip is a credit account that you repay over time. It has two products. Zip Pay has a lower limit and charges no interest. Zip Money has a higher limit and offers interest-free terms at some merchants. The clinic lists Zip for interest-free periods on qualifying purchases, so ask which product it accepts for your treatment.

Zip Money's interest-free terms depend on a minimum spend and the merchant's offer. If you still owe money when the interest-free period ends, Zip charges interest at its standard variable rate. Zip says paying only the minimum monthly repayment will generally not repay a purchase in time, so check what you would need to pay each month.
