Have private health fund cover?

With eligible dental cover and limits left, your fund benefit is applied to your visit's cap. If it meets that cap, you pay nothing out of pocket. If it is lower, you pay the difference.*

Bring your health fund card. We have a HICAPS terminal for claims at the clinic, and we are a preferred provider for HCF, CBHS and Smile.com.au.

No health fund or limited benefits?

An OPG is taken where clinically appropriate.

Gap free with eligible cover*

* Gap free requires eligible dental cover and available limits. The adult cap is $250; for example, a $230 benefit leaves $20 to pay. The adult cap includes an OPG where clinically appropriate. Children are capped at $150 without an OPG or $200 with an OPG where clinically appropriate. Compare your child's benefit with the applicable child cap. Check benefits with your fund. Your First Visit

What Happens at Your First Visit

A first visit to a new dentist can feel unfamiliar. Here is what to expect, so you can ask any questions you have.

  1. 01

    Welcome and History

Our team asks about your dental and medical history, so your dentist understands your needs before the examination.

  2. 02

    Examination and Clean

Your dentist examines your teeth, gums and bite. X-rays are taken if necessary, and a professional clean may be included.

  3. 03

    Advice and Next Steps

Your dentist explains what they found and answers your questions. If more treatment is recommended, you receive a written treatment plan with costs before treatment begins. You can take time to consider it, ask for a second opinion or decline the proposed care.
